About

My Clients

I am passionate about partnering with clients who are ready to embrace meaningful change and are committed to enhancing their health and well-being. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients of all ages—from children as young as 8 to adults in their 90s—and have also worked extensively with teens and adults on the autism spectrum. My greatest calling, however, lies in supporting men and women as they navigate the unique transitions of midlife and beyond. I dedicate my time and energy to each client, cheering them on every step of the way. To ensure I can provide this high level of support while maintaining my own wellness, I limit the number of clients I take on at any given time. About Me and My Health and Fitness Journey

Health and fitness have been lifelong passions of mine, but a life-changing neck injury eight years ago drove me to seek out holistic ways to support my recovery and overall well-being. Exercise became a pivotal part of my healing process and inspired me to pursue certifications as a personal trainer, yoga instructor, and in corrective exercise, as well as a master’s degree in kinesiology. My journey has been enriched by continuous learning in the fields of mind-body connection and the latest health and fitness research. I prioritize my own health and wellness, which I believe makes me a stronger mom, partner, and friend.

With a deep understanding of the unique needs of navigating midlife, I’m here to help you transform both mind and body. Whether you're feeling tired, struggling with extra weight, or simply want to feel better and more motivated, reach out—I’d love to help you on your journey!

A bit about me: I’m a mom to five boys and four stepchildren, an animal lover, and an avid reader who’s rarely reading fewer than two books at a time. I’m deeply curious, always growing and eager to learn. I rise early to dedicate the first 2.5 hours of my day to personal wellness, starting with a 4:30 a.m. workout six days a week—a time that’s just for me, and I cherish it!
